I’ve been lifting since my first semester of college — and I never stopped.
Fitness was never about chasing perfection for me. It was about discipline. About showing up. About doing something hard on purpose.
In 2015, I competed in bodybuilding and learned firsthand how powerful nutrition is in shaping body composition. That season taught me strategy — how food, muscle, and consistency work together. It also taught me that extremes aren’t sustainable for most women living real lives.
So I became a trainer. And then I kept learning — certifications, metabolism, hormones, aging physiology — because women’s bodies change, and our training should evolve with them.
Today, I specialize in helping women build strength that lasts — especially through perimenopause, menopause, and the decades beyond.
My philosophy is to meet you where you are and build from there. We focus on what your body needs right now — whether that’s gaining strength, improving metabolism, supporting your hormones, or simply moving more consistently.
Progress is powerful. Sustainability is non-negotiable.
I am an ACE certified personal trainer, ACE Performance Specialist, Pain Free Performance Specialist Levels 1&2, ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach, BioLayne nutrition coach with over 8 years of experience. I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels to help them achieve their goals.

I started Body of Empowerment Academy as a place to connect people on the topics of health and wellness. I am an ACE certified personal trainer, sports performance specialist, Pain-Free Performance Specialist as well as a librarian and writer. As a librarian, I do a deep dive on research and compare multiple resources to bring you the best and most current information to support you on your path to the best version of yourself.
